The 2007 Execu|Search Group Compensation Survey is a comprehensive report based on over 7,000 interviews conducted by our staff of professional recruiters within the past year. Over 200 positions are presented in these salary reports.  The information provided includes base salary data, bonus data (where applicable), and total compensation figures. The data is presented in a minimum, average and maximum format across all job functions. In some instances we chose to show compensation data based on years of experience, as in certain job functions, years of experience is a vital determining factor with respect to compensation levels.
